9 Goblet Squats
12 alt. DB Snatches / 6 KB Snatches per arm

B) AMRAP of:
10 Pull Ups/Ring Rows/inverted rows/bent over rows
10 Single arm OH rev. Lunges (split up as needed)
10 V-ups
