Deadlift

8-6-4 Deadlifts (no TNG!)

@ RPE 8 for all sets!

Upper body strength

6-10 bent over Barbell rows (sup. grip - and stay as strict as possible!)
@ RPE 9 for all sets
rest 90sec.

Start with an easy pace and build up to an sprint.

Clean and jerk

In 5 min to build up to 70% clean and jerk (3s first pull in the clean)

Then do 5 x 3 c/j @ 70%+ (regular first pull)

Skill Training

5 min kipping Ring Muscleup Skill training: Focus on swing

Then in 10 min accumulate high quality reps or work on technique.
