10-15 DB Front squats (use 2 DB´s in Front rack pos. and go as heavy as possible)
rest 90sec.

Upper body strict gymnastics

5 sets of:
1-2 legless ropeclimbs (sc: height and/or legless RC var.)
6-10 strict HSPU (sc. ROM, 2-3 negatives with 5-10sec. ecc. or 2-3 wall climbs)
rest 60sec.
