5 sets of:
3.3.3. strict (def.) HSPU or Push Ups, 20s rest btw each 3reps (choose a variation you could do 5 unbroken reps with so that the 3rep Cluster will be tough but doable)
Rest 90s btw sets

Capacity EMOM

10min EMOM:
1) 20 russ. KBS/Backpack Swings or 10 single arm KB/DB Swing / side
2) 10 single arm DB/KB/Backpack Bent over rows / side (if you have the possibility to do ring rows or inverted rows, you can also do that for 10-15reps)
