8-10 Bulg. Split Squats for lengthened Quad / side (evtl. wtd. with DB/KB in Goblet pos.)

4-10 Push Ups with 3-5s hold in bottom Position (scale height or to knees / if Push Ups are hard do a 3s hold and only go to 5s holds if you are really strong in Push Ups)
