then ME object facing Burpees in remaining time
15min of various Handstand walks.
- go as fast as possible for a given distance
- go as long as possible without breaking
- go over an obstacle (some plates etc...)
- go around some cones
- go around a square
- pracitce walking backwards and sideways
....
Every 4min for 16min (4 sets):
12 Box Jumps (sub with 50 DU´s)
12 single arm DB/KB P. Press (6 each side)
12 Goblet squats
12 Burpee over DB/KB
