Every 3min for 24 (8 sets):
1) 2 rounds of:
6 Burpees
12 russ. KBS or single arm DB Swings

2) 2 rounds of:
6 single arm DB/KB Front Squats / side
12 V-Ups/Tuck-Ups/Sit-Ups

- goal is to stay sub 2min on each part consistently, so scale reps if needed -
