20min EMOM:
1) row for 50s
2) 6 T-Bridges (3 each side) + 6 down Dog to runners Lunge (3 each side)
3) KB FR Carry for 30s (moderate weight you can keep perfect form with)
4) 3 single Leg Box Jumps (each side/Double Leg landing) + 15 Face Pulls

Clean and Jerk

6 Sets of:
Clean Pull + below knee Power Clean + Hang Clean + Split Jerk

Then 10min for:
Clean (5s pause in catch) + Split Jerk (5s pause in catch)
- do as many good Reps in 10min as possible -

Accessories

3 Sets of:
30s Double KB FR Squat hold
10 Pull apart hold Single Leg Glute Bridges (each side)
Rest 60s
